My husband, Matt, and I have lived in beautiful Atlantic Beach, FL for over ten years. We built a dream home big enough to give our family of six plenty of room for friends, parties, privacy…. It has served its purpose and then some, but now as we prepare to send our youngest off to college, we do seem to hear an echo at times. All four of our children attended Duval County Schools: Kelly (Stanton IB 13/UF 16/UNF 18), Samantha (Stanton IB 14/Vanderbilt 18), Cassidy (Stanton IB 16/current USC junior), and Troy (Stanton IB 18/current FSU freshman). Matt has been a small business owner in the community since we moved to the north Florida area in 2001, and I worked for an online curriculum/school management company for over 13 years before leaving to focus on a private consulting business. As a work from home mother of four, I live in a perpetual state of trying to perfect the balance. Matt and I have been married for 29 years this November and our greatest joy comes from steering the ship of this family.
